Cloud Computing : What is that?

What is Cloud Computing?

A. Cloud Computing is, in basic terms, computing over the internet. It allows you to access your e-mail, documents, software, even your desktop on line, so it's like having a virtual computer. This means you can work from anywhere - your office, your home, a hotel, a cafe, basically anywhere that has an internet connection.

Is it safe?

A. On the whole, yes. Although, you need to ask your Cloud provider about their security measures of course. Hackers have found breaking into the Cloud extremely difficult and the security is only getting tighter. It also makes your data safe from non-virtual theft! If anyone was to break into your office and steal your computer, they wouldn't actually be able to access your data in the Cloud.

What if my internet connection get's lost?

A. It's worth looking into getting a back-up connection just in case - although, as we've covered, you can access it anywhere with an internet connection. Therefore, if your internet does go down, you could always pop to a coffee shop or a home office or make a cuppa whilst you re-boot.

Will it save me money?

A. Not necessarily. It depends on how many users you'll have. The great thing about it is that it's entirely scalable - so you only pay for what you need, and as you grow, so can your Cloud. Saving money is never a guarantee, though it does save energy, in fact it equates to approximately £500 electricity savings per year for every 10 users.

Is it here for good?

A. Afraid so Yes! The Cloud has already been around for years and the recent coverage shows that interest is growing. According to the Cloud Industry Forum, 48% of businesses in the UK are already using Cloud Computing of some capacity in their organisation and 85% of those already using it plan to adopt even more within the next 12 months.

How do I know if it's for my business?

A. Cloud Computing can be used by just about any business of any size in any industry. You might be a start-up looking for secure back-up or an employer who wants easier sharing and more flexible working for your staff; either way the Cloud has various benefits and is without doubt, the future of technology.

Install windows 7 from usb flash drive

Hi there, many people wondering about how to install an operating system such as win7 to a netbook or some other computers that have no optical drive available. The best way is by using usb port, you can keep using your installation disk by using your portable optical drive or using your portable hdd, and the easiest is using your flash drive.

Before using your usb flash drive to install, you have to make it bootable. These are the easiest way, you don't need any boot-maker software.

1. you have to make sure that your FD is 4gb in capacity because you will put the windows installation files on it.

2. format your FD using NTFS

3. copy the win7 installation files to your FD

4. rename the "bootmgr" to "NTLDR"

5. now you can boot from your FD and install the oS.
sounce

note: * make sure you do those steps on win7 computer/laptop (I've tried it on XP, it just wouldn't work at all)
        * it works good on Kingston usb, and for Toshiba I've tried it several times, but it just won't work.

happy installing..best regards

Breast Cancer : Stages

The existence of 'breast cancer' cause fear for most women. This cancer often comes suddenly without permission.

But with the increasing awareness of women to conduct routine checks on her breasts. The amount of the death rate from this malignant cancer is increasingly reduced, especially for the patient under 30 years old.

However, if it turns out that this cancer has been residing in your body, given the very rapid development of stage 1 to not be saved only takes less than five years. Then you must be willing to perform various tests, examinations and undergo a series of super intensive care. All of this is done so that the wild cell growth rate of cancer's spread can be known. This is called 'staging'.
There is no need to panic, because of the advances in medical technology is growing day by day; there are many possibilities for you to get away from this deadly disease.

These are the stages of Breast cancer and the treatment:

Stage 1
At this stage, the size of the cancerous lump is not more than 2 cm and cannot be detected from outside. A very systematic treatment will be given at this stage of cancer, the aim for this treatment is that cancer cells can not spread and does not continue to the next stage. At this stage, the chance of full recovery in the patients was 70%.

Stage 2
At this stage, the possibility of cured patients is 30-40% depending on the extent of the spread of the cancer cells. Usually the size of a cancerous lump was more than 2 even up to 5 cm and the diffusion rate was already up to the armpit area. Or it could be the size of the cancer has reached 5 centimeters but has not spread everywhere. We usually needs to perform surgery to remove cancer cells that exist in all parts of the deployment, and after surgery we perform irradiation to ensure that there are no more cancer cells left behind.

Stage 3A
According to data from the health department, 87% of breast cancers are found at this stadium. Cancerous lump is larger than 5 centimeters and has spread to lymph glands.

Stage 3B
Cancer has spread to all parts of the breast, even reaching the skin, chest wall, ribs and chest muscles. In addition, the spillover has been thoroughly attacked nodes gland. If you are already in this stage, there is no alternative other than breast removal.

Stage 4
The cancer cells has spread to other parts of the body, usually the bones, lungs, liver or brain. It could also attack the skin, lymph glands in the neck. Similar to the stage 3, actions that must be done is removal of the breast.

Breast Cancer Treatment

Did you know that each year about 216,000 women and 1,500 men are diagnosed with breast cancer? There are various risk factors of the disease like:

* Easy onset on menstruation

* History of cancer in the family

* Undergoing hormone (estrogen and progesterone) replacement therapies

* Heavy alcohol consumption

What are the types of treatments available?

There are a host of treatments for breast cancer. Even if it is possible to treat the disease with just one form of the treatment, in the advanced stages it might require to use more than one form including - surgeries, radiation therapies, antihormonal therapies, and chemotherapy.

Given below is a short discussion about each of the forms of treatment:

* Surgeries: The primary aim of this form of treatment is to dissect out the carcinogenic tissues from the affected area. There are different types of surgeries like:

- Lumpectomy or excisional biopsy - This involves removal of carcinogenic tissues as well as a portion of the surrounding breast tissue.

- Total or simple mastectomy - It is the removal of the entire affected breast.

- Radical or modified mastectomy - This is done on patients with advanced stages of breast cancer. In this surgery the oncologist removes the entire breast along with the underarm lymph nodes.

* Radiotherapy - In this treatment, intensive radiation is used for killing cancer cells invisible to the naked eye. This is generally used post-surgery to kill any carcinogenic tissue that may have been left behind after the surgery. Radiation is used to kill the carcinogenic cells and also to stop those from further multiplication.

* Chemotherapy - In this form of treatment, anti-carcinogenic drugs and chemicals are used to stop carcinogenic growths. There are different types of chemotherapy drugs that are used for the treatment of breast cancer. Oftentimes oncologists use these drugs in combinations called regimens. However, it is only possible for an experienced oncologist to determine the exact proportion and dosage for the treatment.

* Antihormonal therapy - Have you heard about estrogen-receptor-positive tumors? In some breast cancers, the hormone estrogen makes the cells grow. In this type of cancers antihormonal therapy proves effective in preventing the carcinogenic cells from growing.

Even though there are so many ways to treat breast cancer, you should consult an oncologist if you experience even the primary signs. For such critical disease you should visit a reputed clinic. Renowned centers comprise experienced specialists who will be able to provide the best possible care and treatment. If you are searching for a trusted cancer center, remember, when it comes to breast cancer, Elizabethtown is an area which comprises a few of the renowned cancer centers.

Diet, affects our teeth?

Nowadays, more and more people turning to fast food as a quick alternative in today's busy life, our teeth are getting worse and worse. Drinks that are rich in sugar such as Red Bull and others. They are either comfort drinks or caffeinated beverages that while adding to your waist line are also damaging your teeth.

From cavities through to gum disease our mouths are becoming more and more traps for medical issues to arise. Drinking soda or soft drinks are almost as dangerous to our health as smoking is.

Companies are making a fortune by selling sugar disguised in a variety of ways generally by telling us that it is good for us. Other companies are making a fortune by selling us dental products to make us feel better about ourselves. Whether it be tooth brushes, electronic or manual, dental floss or teeth whitening products we seem to jump on them as a fast cure to what essentially is a larger issue.

If you are on a sugary diet, then you are probably more concerned about your weight and personal body issues than your teeth. Self-image is important to the majority of us but we fail to see the damage that sugar is doing to our waistlines along without teeth.

So how do we stop the tooth rot? My suggestion is that after every meal or sugary drink that you rinse your mouth with fresh water from the tap to eradicate the sugar residue. I also suggest that if you are a big drinker of sugary drinks that you actually try to replace them on occasion with a glass of water.

By doing this you will not only be reducing the amount of sugar and thus calories, you will also be flushing your body from the toxins that reside within leaving you feeling a little fresher and healthier with each glass that you drink.

If the above sound a little true to you then you should also refer to our information on Dental Insurance Plans along with our article on Personal Health Insurance as there are a number of ways that you can improve your diet and teeth.

Teeth Stain : causes

Some of what causes teeth to stain may surprise you and anyone else who has been considering teeth whitening and worrying that their smile isn't quite white enough. The good news is that there are things that you can do to brighten your smile and keep it white.
what causes teeth to stain in the first place.

Aging: Many don't realize that teeth naturally darken with age. This is a combination of the things consumed over the years and natural wear and tear.

Red Wine: As great as a glass of red wine may taste, it is one of the biggest culprits for stained teeth.

Acidic Foods: Foods don't need to be red or dark in color to stain your teeth. Many people have stained teeth from foods and beverages high in acid like citrus fruits and juices, sauerkraut and other fermented foods, and soft drinks.

Smoking: Nicotine stains are difficult to remove even with the use of high quality whitening kits and even in-office teeth whitening treatments.

Coffee:  When you consider that the average coffee drinker tends to consume several cups per day. Your love of java is a big part of what causes teeth to stain.

Many foods today contain sugar, everything in moderation is acceptable but it is a good idea to avoid sugary foods and drinks between meals to give your teeth a chance to be remineralised by the saliva. Try to avoid drinking fizzy drinks and citrus fruit juices between meals as these will encourage tooth erosion and decay.

Understanding just what causes teeth to stain is the first step in getting back to a whiter smile.

Teeth Whitening at Home

In-office teeth whitening treatments are indeed very expensive. During these hard times, it can be impractical to spend so much money on dental whitening treatments.

Teeth Whitening at Home is Possible

What most people miss is that tooth whitening procedures do not necessarily be costly. The following are some of at home teeth whitening tips that are very useful and effective in enhancing the radiance of your smile. These items range from those which you can find in your own kitchen and those that can be easily bought in your local stores or in the numerous online shops.

Baking Soda

Among all home tooth whitening items, baking soda is the most popular. After the said duration, one should thoroughly gargle so as to remove all traces of baking soda on the teeth and on the different parts of the oral cavity. One of the disadvantages in using baking soda for teeth whitening is that the taste may be very intolerable.

Fruits for Teeth Whitening

Strawberries are very effective in tooth whitening. It is sliced and then the inner portion of the fruit should be rubbed on the teeth. After this, one is advised to brush his teeth since strawberry are very high in sugar which can cause tooth decay.

Oranges are also good teeth whiteners. The peels can be rubbed on the teeth to remove yellow stains. After two weeks of doing this regularly, initial results can be obtained.

We would like to recommend Nu White and Smile 4 You as our top at home teeth whitening kits. They cost much less and are also great for those looking for whiter teeth quickly without the expensive visit to the dentist.

Reading for Autism Children

Books for children with autism - whether autism books or not - are very important.

1. Communication Improves with Reading Skills

Many autism books will tell you that if an autistic child is nonverbal, you will need to find an alternate communication system for them. Being able to read also serves other important safety skills, like reading signs when you are walking on the street, being able to read letters that come to you in the mail, and just generally being able to interact with the world.

2. Books Allow an Autistic Child to Experience New Worlds

Autism and books are a good combination, because a child with autism is often a lot more isolated than their peers. They often won't experience many of the typical experiences their peers have. Sensory issues limit the activities they can participate in.

But through books, they can discover a world they didn't even know existed. Through books, they can learn what it's like to travel to South America or just read about people their age and what their lives are like.

Books can be very inspiring to people with autism.

3. Increase Vocabulary and Language Skills

Reading is also an excellent way for children with autism to learn vocabulary and increase their language skills. The more you read, the more you become comfortable with language. It is best of course for the person with autism to read something that is of interest to them, whether autism books (books about autism in some way), memoirs, history books, novels or what have you.

One woman with autism was quoted, when anonymously interviewed, as saying that she credits most of her writing and language skills to all the reading she has done over her life, starting as a small child with autism and continuing into the present.

Because of all these reasons, books for people with autism, including autism books, are an important tool in communication skills and having a well-rounded life.

Music for Autism Therapy

There are many different forms of autism symptoms treatment. There are the more traditional therapies, such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and floortime. And then there are a lot of alternative treatments as well.

How to Use Music Therapy to Help a Child with Autism

One such idea is music therapy. Music therapy can be surprisingly helpful as a treatment for autism symptoms.

Why is music therapy successful as an autism symptoms treatment?

People with autism often like patterns, and music is full of patterns. Music has rhythm to it. It is something that people with autism can feel. Music is something that children with autism don't have to think much about or interpret.

How exactly is music therapy implemented for autistic kids?

Music therapy is not instruction in music. Instead, a music therapist will use a lot of different tools, knowledge and creativity to create musical experiences where the autistic person feels comfortable, based on their needs.

Verbal Skills Not Required

One advantage to music therapy as an autism symptoms treatment is that it does not require any verbal ability.

Why is it that music therapy works so well with autistic people?

Music can capture, and help maintain, attention. Music is, in many ways, a universal language.
Think of how many non-autistic people get pleasure from music. For many of the same reasons, it can be anxiety reducing for those with autism, too. Repeating the same music many times can create a sense of security and comfort in an office setting, which can make a person with autism feel more at ease and receptive to learning.

Hopefully, with early identification and early treatment, life can be a little easier for those with autism and the people who love them.

New pawns of NII

nii jpgGetting the new pawns or it could be said victims has made the underground movement in UNNES by such radical group  named themselves NII become more insidious, sucking their blood by asking them for a really big number of money even a high paid worker could not provide.

They said that the money is for the ‘infaq’ and as the fee for being their member. Eighteen UNNES’ students have been recruited by this group so far.

This is just so alarming by looking at the condition right now. While the students were here studying, this organization moved in the stealth mode taking their bright future, leaving an empty dark space.
From UNNES’ part, they haven’t made any real action yet related to the situation. As if the NII is hiding in the bottom of the earth so that no one can find them or catch to stop them.

“NII should be banned” said Annisa, one of the students, “they just ruin our future and give nothing to Indonesia.”

Annisa’s friend, Yulinda, gave many of her opinions related to this, “NII in UNNES have been existing since 2 years ago but we know it recently. We have to keep an eye out for NII’s movement now. They are looking for someone who has weak ideology about Islam.”

About the NII itself, she also pointed some of the weird things that occur in NII, they are

a.    it’s not necessary for women to close their aurat,
b.    sholat is the same as dakwah so they don’t need to do sholat if they ‘ve done dakwah,
c.    sholat jumat is a meeting,
d.    the members have to give infaq money in a big number,
e.    it is permitted to steal and use all the way to reach their aim.

After seeing those things, it can be drawn that NII is not Islam because it completely different with Islam.

The ESA (English Students Association) secretary, Gunawan, said, “NII in our campus? That will become serious problem if there is no such solving action because it poisoning the students.”

Many UNNES’ students have the same opinion about NII, that it should be banned completely from not only UNNES, but also in Indonesia.

Now we just wait for the government to take their action. (5/23)

Improving your English

english-flagHi there, so sorry for not keep in touch for a long time, I have a lot of stuffs to do.

Ok, today I’m going to talk about English. I’ve been wondering about how to improve our ability in English. In my opinion, there’s no simple and fast technique to get that thing improved. We have to train again and again for a long time and it’s common for many people. The problem is that not all the people want to do such thing, including me maybe, hihi

If you want to improve your listening ability in English, without a doubt, you have to ‘live’ in English. You have to let your ears hear as much as possible English, it can be mp3s, movies, or other sources. Even that you don’t understand the meaning, you should keep hearing them sooner or later you’ll understand the meaning, hehe

The most effective way to improve your ability in English in not a long time is you have to live in English speaking country, everyday you are forced to speak, to hear everything in English, I bet you will master English very fast. LoL

If you want to improve your English, here I found a site, you can click on it and started studying English online, hehe, here is the link

Reshape your stomach

Hi there, howdy? Hope  you’re all in a good and happy condition. This is my first article on docstoc.com and I made this article based on my own experiences. After searching so long finding the way to make my body slim and practice them, I found the simplest way to do that. You don’t need to do so many exercises though they are suggested.

All you have to do is managing your breath. As we know, breath is extremely important to our life, and there are so many advantages if you can manage your breath I mean manage the way you breathing. One of them is makes your body slim.

I think the effect is not for not your body (all of your body) but more on your stomach. Every people dreaming of having a six-pack stomach (for men) and slim stomach (for women) don’t they?

Ok, I hope you can also realizing your dream after read this article. Let’s just started.

The first thing you need to know is managing your breath. You have to breath in order. Inhale-hold for a second-exhale.

The main part of this technique is in on the middle of the breathing process. After you inhale, you hold your breath for a second, while you are doing that, you have to press your ‘held-breath’ in your stomach, so your stomach becomes hard, do this for at least 3-4 second, after that you can exhale.

Do this anytime you like, the more you do that, the better result you will get. I’ve tried this method in my spare time, and the result is just amazing, I’ve got six-pack stomach right now. Hihi

If this method doesn’t work on you, maybe you just need more time to practice, there’s no instants in this world (in my opinion).

And at last, happy doing this method and I hope it works on you all.

Best regards.

Old young man

There is a journalist from health magazine who seek a news from a village. He saw an old man about 60 years old digging his paddy field. Like common old people, he is thin, his skin is so dark, his hair is all white. Sometimes he stopped because of his cough. But it seems that he is still energetic and strong enough to run his paddy field.

The journalist came closer and tried to interview him.

Journalist (J) : Good afternoon Sir

Old man (O) : Good afternoon, what can I do for you?

J : My name is Joni, I'm a journalist from health magazine "Waras," would you mind if I interview for a moment?

O : Oh, no no no, It's ok, go on...

J : From your appearance, you look strong enough and full of spirit to work, you must've been keeping your health..

O : Mmmm, no i'm not...(J confused)

J : You must have slept well everyday..

J : If you don't mind, how old are you Sir?

O : I am 29.

J : wtf!  src

Get your domain

For you who want to have your own domain. So many choices out there on the internet,  the simplest way to find them is by typing on google.

When it comes to use webhosting, I think you should take a look a little bit about the facilities they provide before use their services.

The first is the storage capacity provided. The main part in the webhosting is the storage itself, of course we need a huge capacity in order to support our database which is not static, it keeps growing as our website growing. Now I think no need to worry about the storage because many webhosts now offering such ‘nice and interesting’ storage capacity. And it’s up to you where to lay your web.

The second is the bandwidth. Bandwidth is considered as the road to our web. The larger bandwidth the better. It’s not funny if our website suddenly down because of the large traffic. So in this point, you should find the webhost which provides the huge bandwidth besides also the huge storage.

And the third is the system offered to be used in the webhost or the machine of the webhost. I don’t have much idea in this point because yah, Iack of knowledge. Sorry for that. Hehe
Here I have read a website which review many webhosting, and the content is just interesting because it use many categories to review the webhost. Just visit http://www.100best-free-web-space.com/

Printing 3D object

3D_scanning_and_printingPrinter is now become the need of people. Many people use it for their own purposes such as printing some documents, photos, or even used by large-scale publisher to print their books. The common printer usually produce a 2 dimensional object just like written text in a paper.

Now, because of the rapid-growing technology, people can print a 3 dimensional object. I know it’s lill’ bit weird, but that’s the fact. Using 3D printer can make that thing happened in the real life.

“Three-dimensional printing makes it as cheap to create single items as it is to produce thousands and thus undermines economies of scale. It may have as profound an impact on the world as the coming of the factory did....Just as nobody could have predicted the impact of the steam engine in 1750—or the printing press in 1450, or the transistor in 1950—it is impossible to foresee the long-term impact of 3D printing. But the technology is coming, and it is likely to disrupt every field it touches”.
—The Economist, in a February 10, 2011 leader

A 3D printer works by taking a 3D computer file and using and making a series of cross-sectional slices. Each slice is then printed one on top of the other to create the 3D object. One method of 3D printing consists of an inkjet printing system. The printer creates the model one layer at a time by spreading a layer of powder (plaster, or resins) and inkjet printing a binder in the cross-section of the part. The process is repeated until every layer is printed. This technology is the only one that allows for the printing of full color prototypes. This method also allows overhangs. It is also recognized as the fastest method. src

RepRap__Mendel_There have been several, often related efforts to develop 3D printers suitable for desktop use, and to make this technology available at price points affordable to many individual end-users. Much of this work was driven by and targeted on DIY/enthusiast/early adopter communities, with links to both the academic and hacker communities. src

RepRap is a project that aims to produce a FOSS 3D printer, whose full specifications are released under the GNU General Public License, and which can print a copy of itself. As of November 2010, the RepRap can only print plastic parts. Research is under way to let the device print circuit boards too, as well as metal parts. src

Cool glasses

clever_glassesHave you ever read such well-known comic like Detective Conan? It’s just so famous in Japan. It tells about the story of kid-detective who can solve many complicated cases. Supported by his friends and some cool gadgets from his professor.

One of the gadget is the glasses. Almost everyday Conan always wears that glasses though he is having no problem on his eyes. With them, Coonan can trace people.

In the real life there also glasses like Conan has. It can record anything we’ve seen and it can be used for searching something. Simply tell the glasses what you are looking for and it will play into your eye a video of the last few seconds you saw that item. src

Built on to the glasses is a tiny camera which makes a constant record of everything the wearer sees: the tiny display inside the glasses identifies what is being scanned and a small readout instantly announces what the computer thinks the object probably is. For some things that look different from a range of angles, however, the glasses offer only a “best guess” – they are better at identifying a guitar and a chair than a coathanger or battery. src

Smoking, said to be healthy?

spotlight-cigarsFeeling weird after read the title? Common for people though, cause when we talk about smoking, there  always such bad impact from smoking that we talking about.

Ok that’s not wrong about the so-many bad impacts we can find just in a single cigar. Smoking as little as one cigar a day increases the risk for cancer. Cigar smoking has been linked to several different cancers, most notably those of the oral cavity, which include lip, tongue, mouth, throat and larynx. Cigar smokers who inhale are also at an increased risk for lung cancer, cancers of the pancreas and bladder, as well as heart and lung disease. src

Nowadays,  people get the new replacement of tobacco cigar, they are now having an alternative that is E-Cigar. An electronic cigarette, or e-cigarette, is an electrical device that attempts to simulate the act of tobacco smoking by producing an inhaled mist bearing the physical sensation, appearance, and often the flavor and nicotine content of inhaled tobacco smoke. src

E-Cigar-RN4062-E-Cigarettes are seen as a healthier alternative to tobacco smoking as nearly all the harmful material produced by the burning of tobacco in traditional cigarettes is nonexistent in the form of atomized liquid used in these cigarettes. Moreover, battery operation makes it safe to use anywhere without the fear of fire hazards. Even the smoke prohibited places can easily access customers to smoke as E-Cigarettes eliminate the danger of fire or bothering others around. src

According to WHO, it states that to its knowledge, "no rigorous, peer-reviewed studies have been conducted showing that the electronic cigarette is a safe and effective nicotine replacement therapy. WHO does not discount the possibility that the electronic cigarette could be useful as a smoking cessation aid." WHO Tobacco Free Initiative director ad interim Douglas Bettcher stated that claims that electronic cigarette can help smokers quit need to to be backed up by clinical studies and toxicity analyses and operate within the proper regulatory framework. src

After read all of the fact and opinion above, now, it’s up to you who are smoker whether you want to keep using the ‘old-style’ smoking (using tobacco) or try to use the ‘future-smoking’ (using e-cigar).

And about the price and the market of e-cigar maybe you can googling by your self.

Best regards.

Coffee

coffee-cup1 Do you like to drink coffee in the morning? I think there are so many people doing that, drinking coffee in the morning with the newspaper accompanying and also some snacks or biscuits, mmm, what a perfect morning.

Coffee gives us a spirit to do something such as work, study, etc. It can make us awake all the time, hehe.

Once I’ve read an article about coffee, there is an advantage for us who drink coffee, those who said they drank more than six or seven cups daily were 35% less likely to have type 2 diabetes than people who drank fewer than two cups daily. webmd.com

Reading such article made me started to think that maybe if I drink coffee every morning will be great to my body, but yah, I don’t like coffee.LoL

I also found and article about the research of coffee, one of the contents is coffee is rich in antioxidants like chlorogenic acid and melanoidins. Antioxidants help prevent oxidation, a process that causes damage to cells and contributes to aging. hubpages.com

Now, it’s up to you whether you wan to drink coffee everyday or not. Hope we are healthy forever, hehe

Ok, I think you’re right, but Here I’m not going to give you money cause I’m just the same as you, still seeking some money to run my life.

But, I have some way to get that money. I’ve read some articles about finding money online, and the best way in my opinion is using Google Adsense, and for those who live in Indonesia, AdsenseCamp is quite good.

Honestly, I have joined so many internet program that offer to get money online, and now I’m only using google adsense. Though I’ve never got the commission yet (hasn’t reached the minimum requirement, hihi), I keep going on that.

Now its your turn to have money from online business. Be success…!

Be wise and grateful

money “I want to be rich”

“I want that car”

"I want that girl” (lol)

You must’ve been known that expressions above, mustn’t you? Yap, almost everyday we use that expression. We get it spoken or even just in our thought. I think they’re one of the manifestations of our desire in live. We all have desires in our live, and sometimes they are happened (reached) and some others are not.

Many people frustrated when their desire didn’t come in the right manner. But some people don’t. Where you are belong to guys? hehe

I hope we all in the second place. If we aren’t there, what should we do?

Once I’d ever felt that when I frustrated about the ‘unreached’ goal, my life was just getting worse and worse, I just running around in my problem, thinking of it almost everyday. After a while, a little light just come up in my mind (thank God). I started to accept that condition and started to step ahead. Why was I doing that? That’s just because I remembered my family out there.

I’ve heard from the elder of my family, ‘dadi wong iku ojo srakah, ngko nda’an bubrah’ (people shouldn’t be greedy otherwise he/she will collapse’ and they also told me that ‘every people should be grateful of everything she/he has got', because the God will add more things to her/him’. From the talk, I bet all you you can get the message.

Now, let’s just be grateful of everything we have, and don’t be greedy anymore. May God bless us all, amen.

best regards

How to absorb energy?

There’re so many energies in this world that we can get the benefit from in order to support our living. Such as using the waterfall to get the electricity by putting some turbins there (it is common in Indonesia), or using wind to get it (just like in Netherland). That’s the common benefitting energy in our daily life. But that’s not our topic today, here, I’m going to talk about the ‘direct way’ of taking advantages of surrounding energy, in other word, ‘absorbing the surrounding energy’ to our body so that we can get so many advantages from them.
Here I’m going to get you a picture of how to do such thing, I’ve searched many articles on the internet and finally I get the simplest way of doing that. hehe

1. The first step you have to do is you have to in a relax condition, relax in mind and also your body.
To do this, you can sit whatever you like, but your back must straight and don’t lean on something. Close your eyes and take a deep breath from your nose, hold your breath for a while (+- 5 secs) and then exhale (also through your nose). Do this (inhale-holding breath-exhale) al least 3 times, and after you feel relax, you can put off the ‘holding breath’ section, so you just inhale and exhale.

2. The second, while you do the first step you are keeping your eyes closed, aren’t you? nha, here, you have to say in your mind that you are absorbing the surrounding energy, you can say that in your own language for the easier way, just like “I’m absorbing the energy” or just “absorb the energy”

3. While you're saying the affirmation, you have to concentrate, don’t be distracted by the surrounding, just keep concentrate on your breath and relax.

4. If you ere lucky, you can feel the surrounding energy flowing through your body. Flowing from your head, then spreading in your whole body.

5. If you’re not feel that, don’t be afraid, keep doing this, someday you will feel the energy. (I’ve done several times before I can feel that too)

(from many sources)

How to be relax...?

In daily life, we as human being faced so many problems. Sometimes it's just so hard to be solved and makes us stress. I was searching how to release/put the stress out of our mind, and finally I found a really nice and simple technique. I've tried it by my self and the result is just AWESOME, you should try that.

Here is the technique
.
Deep breathing for stress relief

With its focus on full, cleansing breaths, deep breathing is a simple, yet powerful, relaxation technique. It’s easy to learn, can be practiced almost anywhere, and provides a quick way to get your stress levels in check. Deep breathing is the cornerstone of many other relaxation practices, too, and can be combined with other relaxing elements such as aromatherapy and music. All you really need is a few minutes and a place to stretch out.

How to practice deep breathing

The key to deep breathing is to breathe deeply from the abdomen, getting as much fresh air as possible in your lungs. When you take deep breaths from the abdomen, rather than shallow breaths from your upper chest, you inhale more oxygen. The more oxygen you get, the less tense, short of breath, and anxious you feel. So the next time you feel stressed, take a minute to slow down and breathe deeply:

    * Sit comfortably with your back straight. Put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.

    * Breathe in through your nose. The hand on your stomach should rise. The hand on your chest should move very little.

    * Exhale through your mouth, pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles. The hand on your stomach should move in as you exhale, but your other hand should move very little.

    * Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to inhale enough so that your lower abdomen rises and falls. Count slowly as you exhale.

If you have a hard time breathing from your abdomen while sitting up, try lying on the floor.  Put a small book on your stomach, and try to breathe so that the book rises as you inhale and falls as you exhale.

Prambanan temple

Prambanan is the largest Hindu temple compound in Central Java in Indonesia, located approximately 18 km east of Yogyakarta.

The temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the largest Hindu temples in south-east Asia. It is characterised by its tall and pointed architecture, typical of Hindu temple architecture, and by the 47m high central building inside a large complex of individual temples.

The Prambanan temple complex consists of three zones. The outer zone is a large space marked by a rectangular wall (destroyed). The original function is unknown; possibilities are that it was a sacred park, or priests' boarding school (ashram).

The middle zone consisted of four rows of 224 individual small shrines. These concentric rows of temples were made in identical design. Each row towards the center is slightly elevated. These shrines are called "Candi Perwara" or complimentary temples, the additional buildings of the main temple. Some believed it was offered to the king as a sign of submission.

The central compound is the holiest among the three zones. This holiest compound is assembled of eight main shrines or candi. The three main shrines, called Trimurti ("three forms"), are dedicated to the three gods: Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Keeper, and Shiva the Destroyer. The other three shrine in front of three main temples is dedicated to vahana of each gods.

Just like Borobudur, firstly I went there when I was kid (about 10 year old), and it was a wonderful journey for me.

Gedong Songo temples

This is a resort on the slope of mount Ungaran (Semarang, Indonesia). about 900 meters above sea level.

Gedong Songo (nine buildings), a group of small 8th century Hindu Javanese temples, can be reached either by car or on horseback from the town.

Built at about the same time as the temples of the Dieng complex, Gedong Songo is one of the most beautifully sited temple complexes in Central Java and the views alone are worth the trip.

Gedung Songo ('Nine Buildings') belong to the earliest antiquities of Java, they follow up the temples on the Dieng Plateau directly, for what about time.

They were also built high in the mountains in an area full with volcanic activity; and they were also from Hinduist origin.

But where the temples on Dieng Plateau are somewhat squeezed into a foggy valley, Gedung Songo are spread over the higher parts of the mountains, which guarantee a splendid view.

On clear days, the horizon is one long row of volcanoes, from mount Lawu in the east, towards mount Sumbing, mount Sindoro and Dieng Plateau in the west.

The temples were built between 730 and 780, the first temple excepted, which could have been built some 30 years later.

Gunung Songo is not the original name and also doesn't point at the number of structures.

The number nine has a special meaning in the Javanese culture, in which there is a strong attachment to numbers.

The temples are located at about the same distance from each other (100 meters, 200 meters) on a naturally formed terrace of edge of a mountain.

Dieng plateu

Dieng, a volcanic site (also called the Dieng Plateau) located in Wonosobo, Central Java, Indonesia. This is another place worth visiting in Central Java, situated around 2000 m above sea level and 100 km from

The name "Dieng" means "abode of the gods." The visitor can find restarted temples built around 800 masehi, colorful lakes and steaming ones. On the road we will see how the farmer use all the land available by using terraces. It's also fresher up there and almost above the clouds. The plateau, located 2,093 meters above sea level, offers two sunrises, the golden sunrise and the silver one. They are such an amazing natural phenomena. The golden sunrise refers to the first sunrise between 5:30 and 6 a.m. It is said to be golden because of its sparkling golden red color.

Walk about 10 minutes (about two kilometers) to the southeast of the temples, there is a colorful lake. From the top of a hill, the lake reflects a greenish yellow color, the reflection of the sulfate acid that the lake water contains. Beside this colorful lake there is another lake with pristine water. Locals call it the mirror lake because the water is very clear.

There is also small monuments here, which are not more than 50 feet high stand on a crater floor amidst sulfurous fumes. It is located about four hours from Semarang. In this site, the visitor will see some of the oldest Hindu temples of Java.

On the way to the Dieng Plateau, visitors will pass through tobacco plantations and beautiful mountain scenery. Such a wonderful creature...

Baturraden, a classical highland country in the foot of Mount Slamet, located about 15 kilometers north of Purwokerto, Central Java, Indonesia, has remarkable weather with a cool mountain breeze and the temperature ranges from 18C to 25C.

The huge boulders also points out to ravines and river bank and form some kind of path, apparently having rolled down from Mount Slamet during a eruption many centuries ago.

Menganti beach

Such a beautiful beach i've ever seen in indonesia after kuta Bali.
Menganti is 3 kilometers away from Karangbata beach, and about 50 kilometers away from Kebumen, Central Java, Indonesia.
It just like Kuta beach in Bali, with its white sands, steep coral reef, silver-colored-hill and some of coconut trees made menganti the most beautiful beach in Kebumen.
Even you can enjoy the sunset and the soft wave and sands there, it feels like you were standing in Kuta (Wow...)
Menganti is a bay surounded by mountain range, and used to becoming a TPI(Fish Auction Place) for neighborhoods. So you don't need to worry if you wanna buy some fresh-fish cause its already there.
You can go there by car or motorcycle, but i suggest you to use motorcycle because the path were bad and it located in semi-isolated place.
It takes about 2 hours from Kebumen and 3,5 hours from Yogyakarta, or if you want to go there from Semarang at least it take about 7 hours. It such a hard trip though, but if you've already gone there, you'll forget anything and you'll be fresh again...
Best regards...
[sorry 4 my bad English coz I'm not a native]

Borobudur temple

leBorobudur is a ninth-century Mahayana Buddhist monument in Magelang, Central Java,

Indonesia. It is built as a single large stupa, and when viewed from above takes the form of

a giant tantric Buddhist mandala, simultaneously representing the Buddhist cosmology and the

nature of mind. The foundation is a square, approximately 118 meters (387 ft) on each side.

It has nine platforms, of which the lower six are square and the upper three are circular.

The upper platform features seventy-two small stupas surrounding one large central stupa.

Each stupa is bell-shaped and pierced by numerous decorative openings. Statues of the Buddha

sit inside the pierced enclosures.

Borobudur was likely founded around 800 AD. This corresponds to the period between 760–830

AD, the peak of the Sailendra dynasty in central Java, when it was under the influence of

the Srivijayan Empire. The construction has been estimated to have taken 75 years and been

completed during the reign of Samaratungga in 825.

Borobudur approximately 40 kilometers (25 mile) northwest of Yogyakarta, it is located in an

elevated area between two twin volcanoes, Sundoro-Sumbing and Merbabu-Merapi, and two

rivers, the Progo and the Elo. According to local myth, the area known as Kedu Plain is a

Javanese 'sacred' premethlace and has been dubbed 'the garden of Java' due to its high

agricultural fertility.

The first time I got there when I was 4 years old with my uncle, but i still remember it

clearly. How big and beautiful temple Borobudur is. Actually Borobudur is such a wonderful

temple I never forget. You should go there I think...
